We are on the hunt for an Account Director to join our team, the account director at Squiz plays the pivotal role of championing the relationship between our partners and ourselves by managing a number of key areas that keep relationships blossoming including, Service Excellence, Tactical Strategy, Automation and a host of other service deliverables that guide successful partnerships
RequirementsThe ideal person for this role will come from a strong product background with thorough understanding of the digital and technology landscape and have a proven background in managing key partners within an organisation
The Nice to Have's:
- Strong SAAS Product Background
- Proven experience amongst Government and blue chip clients
- Consultative and strategic approach to account management
- A strong understanding of Service Delivery teams and how they work.
- A knack for developing brilliant strategies and articulating them to stakeholders (We assume this is a given)
- Data driven decision maker
You will be a strong advocate of using client measurable's including Client Satisfaction, Client growth, Revenue and Solution Uptake to drive your decisions.
